The brand gained early recognition with Guido De Rosso’s 1961 Tour de l’Avenir win and grew in prominence through victories like Fausto Bertoglio’s 1975 Giro d’Italia win and Giovanni Battaglin’s 1981 Giro and Vuelta titles.

In the 1990s, Pinarello's innovation peaked with the Espada time trial bike, developed with Formula 1 engineer Marco Giachi, helping Miguel Indurain set a world record. Pinarello continued to innovate with the Paris and Dogma series and has since expanded into mountain bikes, maintaining its position as a cycling technology leader.

Gazelle Bikes

Gazelle Bikes North America was established in Santa Cruz in 2017 to support US and Canadian retailers and introduce Dutch cycling culture to customers across the Atlantic. The company employs more than 450 people at its factory in the Netherlands, producing over 300,000 bikes annually. Since its founding in 1892, quality has remained a cornerstone of its business.
