With Midwest roots, Weston moved to the Rockies in 2013 to chase a dream job and everything the mountains had to offer. Racing as a professional on the road in 2012/2013, he grew to understand the formula for making great products and how that directly relates to the people and brands behind them. Weston continues to pride himself on using the gear he represents every day, whether it’s exploring new gravel roads, lapping singletrack in his backyard, or riding dirt bikes with friends. If it has two wheels, great. If it has two wheels and a motor, even better! Having worked in the cycling/outdoor industries for the past eight years, Weston remains committed to building personal relationships with each client, ensuring the growth and success of their businesses is built on the lasting partnerships they create together.

Adam is a big fan of bike racing. He moved to the Phoenix area in 2017 after spending his childhood in Western New York (Go BILLS!). With over 25 years of experience in the business, he’s a true bike shop lifer. As a certified fitter, Adam creates bespoke bicycles for his clients—an extension of his background as both a bike shop owner and a racer for more than a decade. His many years of competing have included a variety of race formats, such as road, ITT, gravel/CX, and criterium. A passionate tech enthusiast, Adam always works with the latest gear. When he’s not riding or working, you’ll likely find him at home watching bike races. He’s also a fan of music and biohacking podcasts.
